Belfast welterweight hungry to build on impressive performance on Burnett undercard
Paddy Gallagher insists he wants to appear on all the big shows coming to Belfast.
The Belfast welterweight is eyeing up Carl Frampton’s massive homecoming event next month.
He would also love to feature on Ryan Burnett’s potential world title unification show later in the year.
Frampton will face Mexican Andres Gutierrez at the SSE Arena on July 29, while new IBF bantamweight world champion Burnett is being lined up to fight WBA king Zhanat Zhakiyanov in October or November.
Gallagher appeared on Burnett’s undercard last weekend when he stopped Craig Kelly in three rounds.
The 28-year-old hopes it can propel him to greater things in the months ahead, including an appearance at the SSE next month.
